SERVICE AND AFTERCARE
Our service extends well beyond the date of completion. We keep in regular contact and are always available to provide maintenance advice on all your control systems.
We offer planned service visits for our customers with CA stores, before the store is filled and sealed (pre-season), including servicing the control system and the calibration of thermometers. We also offer a planned second visit (mid-season) whilst the store is sealed, during this visit the control system will be serviced and independent cross checks made to verify results.
Service contracts are individually tailored to the specific equipment and the needs of customer.
Our engineers are familiar with many different CA controls and equipment of past and present technology, constantly building on decades of knowledge making them a formidable team.
We pride ourselves on our highly trained, highly qualified team of service engineers. We provide the added assurance of around the clock service 365 days a year.
We know you need to be operational at all times so our aim is to respond usually with a visit on the same day. Our highly skilled team ensure that equipment operates effectively and efficiently, helping to reduce energy costs and prolong equipment life.
